Job description
Purpose of Role: Working within a dedicated team the role holder will support with all Control Room activities. You will be responsible for access and egress to our clients manufacturing and logistic sites across the country, and support our client with any operational requests.
You will also be the first port of call for CCTV Investigations into retail crime! You will be an essential part of a growing team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
9. To monitor and administer all aspects of the Control Centre technology systems including Access Control, CCTV, Alarm Monitoring and many more
10. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed in relation to duty requirements.
11. Conducting CCTV reviews to identify organised crime within our clients stores
12. To assist with access/egress to our clients manufacturing and logistic sites across the country
13. Update and collate Serious incident information and provide accurate reports to your line manager.
14. To provide initial call handling for all incoming calls
15. Ensure incidents are logged, escalated, and dealt with in a timely manner.
16. Ensure compliance with TSS’s & Clients information security procedures.
17. Ensuring systems and software processes are inputted in accordance with GDPR.
18. Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
General:
19. Show a level of flexibility and be able to adapt to new requests outside of the core role on request.
20. Ensure all requests are responded to in a timely manner.
21. Any other reasonable duties as required by your Line Manager.
External relationships:
22. Maintain appropriate working relationships to assist in the achievement of the primary purpose of the role with a variety of external stakeholders. This may include (but is not limited to) – Police Authorities, Business Improvement Districts, Business Crime Reduction Partnerships.
Essential:
23. Valid Frontline SIA licence
24. Five-year traceable work history
25. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
26. Ability to make decisions, take responsibility and respond to a changing workload.
27. Ability to remain calm under pressure.

29. Strong problem-solving skills
30. Excellent organisational skills
31. Ability to work on own initiative

Desirable:
33. Public Space Surveillance SIA License – Or desire to work towards
34. Working knowledge of Police and Criminal Evidence act 1984
35. Understanding of the Criminal Justice System
36. Control Room experience
37. Full driving licence
