Design Technology Teacher – Outstanding SchoolAre you a QTS Design Technology Teacher looking for an opportunity to teach in an exceptional learning environment? This outstanding secondary school in Coventry is looking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Design Technology Teacher to join their well-resourced department.This school boasts state-of-the-art facilities and provides teachers with access to excellent resources that allow them to deliver engaging and creative lessons. Although initially temporary, this Design Technology teacher role has the potential of becoming permanent for the right candidate. QTS is required. Job Role:
* Teaching Design Technology and Food Technology across Key Stages 3&4
* Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory lessons
* Making full use of the school’s excellent facilities and resources
* Assessing, monitoring and recording student progress
* Encouraging creativity, innovation and practical problem solving
* Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
* Working collaboratively with colleagues within a supportive department
