Salary: £46,023 - £54,476
Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Relationship Consultant to join our team for a year. You will provide strategic HR guidance and support to leaders on a range of key priorities including organisational change and workforce planning and governance, commissioning support when needed from across the HR function.
You will have the opportunity to make a real impact supporting and advising senior leaders to transform their services and deliver for our customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as an HR professional in a large complex organisation, with a focus on delivering practical solutions. You should be commercially astute with the ability to grasp and translate business strategy into clear, achievable people objectives. Additionally, you should have demonstrable experience in partnering with stakeholders at all levels to drive organisational change and be highly adaptable, resilient, curious and courageous.
