About FISCAL Technologies
FISCAL Technologies is a profitable, independently owned SaaS business with an 18-year track record protecting over £350 billion of global spend every year. Our AI-driven financial risk solutions deliver measurable ROI within three months, giving finance leaders the confidence to control spend, prevent loss, and drive operational excellence. We are proud recipients of the King’s Award for Innovation and consistently recognised as a great place to work.
As we accelerate growth through a curated partner ecosystem – spanning ERP providers, consultancies, and managed service firms – we are building a team of commercially driven Partner Managers who can open doors, develop trusted relationships, and close enterprise deals alongside our strategic partners.
The Opportunity
Starting as a hybrid role that will sit at the intersection of enterprise sales and partner management. You will initially carry a personal new-business quota and be jointly accountable for partner-sourced pipeline. You will be the primary commercial relationship owner for a defined set of strategic partners – recruiting, enabling, and co-selling with them to win enterprise deals in the CFO and finance leadership community. After the initial success threshold is met with partners, this role will move to be a full partner manager position.
This is not a channel administration role. You are a closer who happens to multiply your reach through partners.
What You Will Do
Partner Ecosystem Development
* Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners – including ERP consultancies, system integrators, and finance transformation advisory firms – who can introduce and co-sell FISCAL solutions into enterprise finance functions
* Build joint business plans with each partner, setting pipeline targets, co-sell motions, and quarterly milestones
* Run partner enablement: ensure partner teams can position FISCAL’s value proposition confidently to CFOs, VPs of Finance, and AP/Procurement leaders
* Register, track, and progress partner-originated deals through your CRM, maintaining pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting
* Carry and achieve a personal quota for net new revenue, sourced both directly and through partner-influenced pipeline
* Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through to signed contract, navigating procurement, legal, and finance approval processes
* Build trust-based relationships with C-suite and senior finance leaders (CFO, VP Finance, Head of AP, Controllers) through a consultative, outcome-led approach
* Deliver compelling business cases that connect FISCAL’s AI-driven risk capabilities to measurable financial outcomes – cost avoidance, duplicate payment recovery, and spend integrity
* Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success to create winning proposals and seamless transitions to implementation
Commercial & Strategic Contribution
* Contribute partner and market insight to FISCAL’s go-to-market strategy and product roadmap
* Share best practices, deal learnings, and partner playbooks across the broader sales team
* Represent FISCAL at industry events, partner conferences, and finance leadership forums
What Success Looks Like
* You consistently meet or exceed your personal quota and jointly-owned partner pipeline targets
* Within 6 months, you have a defined portfolio of active partners with registered opportunities in pipeline
* Your customers and partner contacts become advocates and reference accounts for FISCAL
* Partners rate you as their go-to resource for commercial support, competitive positioning, and deal strategy
* You contribute to building a repeatable, scalable partner GTM model that can be expanded across the business
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or financial software sales, with a verifiable track record of closing 6-figure deals against quota
* Demonstrable experience working with or through channel partners, system integrators, or strategic alliances to source and close enterprise deals
* Gravitas and credibility with senior finance leaders – CFO, VP Finance, Head of Procurement – built through a consultative, insight-led approach
* Fluency in a structured sales methodology: MEDDPICC or MEDDIC strongly preferred; Challenger or SPIN also valued
* Strong commercial acumen: you understand buying committees, procurement cycles, and how to build a compelling business case for finance-focused buyers
* Excellent communication skills – you are equally strong at listening, presenting, facilitating, and negotiating
Highly Valued
* Background in financial risk, accounts payable, ERP, spend management, or adjacent FinTech markets
* Experience building or managing a partner programme, including joint business planning and partner performance management
* Familiarity with the UK enterprise finance community and its key consultancy/integrator ecosystem
* Competitive package: base salary + uncapped commission with OTE of £120,000
* 28 days annual leave including Christmas closure
* Empowered autonomy: you own your territory, your partners, and your approach – we trust you to deliver
* Collaborative, high-performance culture: work alongside colleagues who are genuinely invested in each other’s success
* Growth at the right moment: join a profitable, independently owned company with ambitious expansion plans where your contribution shapes the business
* Meaningful impact: every deal protects organisations from financial loss – your work has a tangible outcome for finance teams worldwide
* FISCAL is a proud King’s Award for Innovation recipient and an independently certified great place to work
