Your New Office – Watford
Hays Watford is located right in the heart of town, just five minutes from Watford Junction and only 20 minutes to Euston. The office offers free parking and covers a broad regional patch including Hemel Hempstead, NW London, and St Albans, with close collaboration across Wickham, Aylesbury and Thame.
The team is led by an Office Manager, who has 20 years of recruitment experience and has been with Hays for over 4 years. With strong accountancy and finance knowledge within the team of 6, you will receive industry leading support from the team to grow our accountancy and finance business.
This opportunity within our accountancy and finance team provides an opportunity to work with a wide variety of SME businesses, with existing relationships and proven success.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring for our accountancy and finance team, open to exploring the opportunity with entry-level candidates, those with some finance experience, or seasoned finance professionals.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be supported by structured training and development from day one. Your responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing, interviewing, and matching high-quality candidates
* Building relationships with new and existing clients through outreach and business development
* Managing the full recruitment process from brief to offer
* Developing specialist market knowledge and insight
* Meeting targets and contributing to the growth and profitability of Hays
