Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

£24,000 - £27,000 per annum
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a friendly and supportive administration team at our Head Office in Wednesbury, West Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Sage 200
Maintain and update filing systems and CRM records
Generate and issue invoices with precision
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
Liaise with customers regarding order progress and updates
Input and manage data across various platforms
Ensure all customer information is kept up to date in the CRM system

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident and professional telephone manner

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
Experience with Sage 200 and Microsoft Office is desirable
