Role Overview:
As a Landlord & Tenant Surveyor, you will provide expert advice on lease renewals, rent reviews, lease re-gearing, and restructuring, helping clients maximise value and achieve their objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, offering strategic solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
– Negotiate lease renewals for both landlords and tenants.
– Advise on rent reviews, analysing market data to recommend optimal rental values.
– Manage lease re-gearing and restructuring to enhance client outcomes.
– Serve as an Expert Witness in arbitration, Independent Expert, and PACT referrals.
– Stay current with market trends, legislation, and best practices in landlord and tenant matters.
REQUIREMENTS
What You’ll Need :
– MRICS qualification.
– Proven experience in landlord and tenant surveying with successful client results.
– Strong Lease Advisory background.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
– Analytical skills to interpret lease documentation and market trends.
– Proactive, solution-focused mindset, able to thrive under pressure.
– Deep understanding of Landlord & Tenant Legislation.
