As part of the world's largest CAT dealership, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing Caterpillar products, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
Your Role
In this exciting position, you will:
* Respond to customer service requests with a focus on diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
* Utilize the latest dealer software and repair techniques to provide effective solutions.
* Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and provide detailed information for quotes.
* Work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service.

Your Skills and Experience
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
* Excellent planning and organizational abilities, even under pressure.
* Effective problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
* A background as an apprentice-trained or formally trained engineer (NVQ Level 3 preferred).
* Experience with heavy earth-moving equipment and field-based diagnostic tools.
* A valid LDV driving license and experience with various construction and static machines.
Working Conditions
As a Field Service Engineer, you will:
* Work autonomously while also collaborating with a supportive team of over 40 mental health first aiders.
* Engage with customers on-site, ensuring adherence to their procedures and requirements.
