Requirements A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector. Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Strong understanding of building legislation and contract law. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Proficient in using industry software and tools for measurement and cost management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
