Roles and Responsibilities: Lead IT service delivery for infrastructure teams across domains such as: Network, Cloud, Storage, Backup and Recovery Database, ServiceNow Manage large-scale, geographically distributed teams (Data Center & Cloud Competency). Ensure delivery meets SLAs and is within defined timelines and budgets. Manage end-to-end cloud service delivery to clients. Ensure timely resolutions, adherence to SLAs, and customer satisfaction. To Maintain regular and effective communication with clients. To share updates, address issues, and provide improvement recommendations. To Analyse service performance metrics to identify and resolve issues To Drive integration of cloud services with overall IT infrastructure for optimized performance. Work across various teams to resolve service delivery issues efficiently. Ensure seamless coordination between departments and stakeholders. Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Leverage automation, AI, and innovation in service delivery. To Keep up to date with industry trends and technological advancements. To utilize emerging technologies in cloud and AI for service transformation. Identify and implement service improvements to reduce costs. To Use automation and innovation to drive down the cost index. Required Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities across geographies. In-depth experience in managing: IT infrastructure services Cloud services (preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP) Data centre operation Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes and service management tools (ServiceNow preferred). Ability to handle client communication and relationship management at senior levels. Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and metrics analysis. Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc. desirable). Proficiency in cost optimization techniques and budgeting. Understanding of automation and AI implementation in IT services Excellent collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills.
