Details:
1. Shift pattern: 07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, possible sleeps/wakes, Monday through Sunday across 5 days. Shifts may vary.
2. Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
3. UK Driving Licence: Driver preferred but not essential

Note: For this service, you must be able and willing to drive company cars; therefore, a full UK Driving Licence is required but not essential.
Applicants with experience as Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers holding an NVQ / QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) are preferred. However, dedicated Care Assistants or Carers with a solid track record and ambition to progress are encouraged to apply. Lifeways offers excellent training and development opportunities.
As a Team Leader, you will lead and motivate support staff to ensure the delivery of excellent person-centered care, enabling individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives.
Your responsibilities include recruiting, staff supervision, conducting interviews, and providing guidance. You should have excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, supported individuals, and external professionals, along with good written communication and IT skills for record keeping.
This role involves supporting the manager and team leaders across Wolverhampton services, specializing in Learning Disabilities, Autism, Epilepsy, and Challenging Behaviors.
Additional duties include supporting administrative tasks and demonstrating computer literacy.
