Quantity Surveyor: Glasgow:
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong civils background and expertise in NEC contracts? Were seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Glasgow and contribute to our work on the Scottish Power framework.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all commercial aspects of civils projects within the Scottish Power framework.
*
Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates, tenders, and valuations.
*
Administer NEC contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
*
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project success.
*
Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
*
Provide sound commercial advice and support to the project team.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the civils sector is essential.
*
NEC qualification is mandatory.
*
A strong understanding of groundworks would be a significant advantage.
*
Demonstrable experience working on prior Scottish Power frameworks is highly desirable.
