Desktop Support Engineer 2 months, chance of extension Competitive daily rate, Outside IR35 Travel across client sites UK Wide Fruition Group have an exciting contract to work with a tech-first business who are a market leader in their field. You will take responsibility for day-to-day IT issues and queries from business users, escalating tickets and interacting with the Service Desk. As well as providing on-site technical assistance and support related to computer systems including troubleshooting hardware, software and laptop rebuilds. Key Requirements: Proven experience in delivering high-quality 2nd line IT support Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, including key functions, principles, and processes Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Objects to manage and enforce security policies Strong proficiency in Windows system administration, particularly with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 applications Demonstrated experience supporting and managing Apple iOS devices Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly in relation to asset management Please note: This role requires out-of-hours and weekend work to support project delivery and resolution of critical IT issues.
