Your Role: The Backbone of Our Installation Success As a Client and Installations Assistant, youll play a key role in making sure every project is delivered smoothly from coordinating information to keeping clients informed and schedules on track. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact on how children experience play, one project at a time. What Youll Be Doing: Installation Support: Coordinate behind-the-scenes logistics to ensure every site has what it needs to succeed. Project Administration: Keep our systems up to date with Live Completion forms and accurate records. Client & Supplier Communication: Act as a point of contact, building strong, positive relationships. Scheduling: Work with internal teams to build project schedules that meet client needs and support thebusiness. Complaint Handling: Resolve issues quickly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction. System Management: Keep internal platforms organised and current to support day-to-day operations.
