A hybrid role (office in Stockport) with an established insurance broker, supporting a portfolio of mid-market and corporate clients with premiums up to around £2m GWP.
The role
You'll work across a varied book of business, supporting clients on renewals, mid-term adjustments, market presentations and day-to-day servicing across a range of commercial lines.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable dealing with more complex cases, keeping standards high and building trust with clients, insurers and colleagues.
What you'll be doing
* Handling renewals, MTAs and general servicing
* Supporting mid-market and corporate clients across a range of commercial lines
* Negotiating terms with insurers
* Preparing market presentations and renewal documentation
* Working closely with Account Executives and the wider broking team
* Using Acturis daily to manage records, workflow and documentation
What they're looking for
* Solid commercial broking or account handling experience
* Confidence dealing with clients and insurers
* Good technical knowledge across commercial insurance
* Acturis experience is desirable
* Someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable managing a busy caseload
