Our Metrowest retail client is looking for a Digital Production Designer with 5+ years' experience. This role is onsite 3 days a week south of Boston and will go until the end of the year. The Digital Production Designer should have retail, ecommerce, or CPG experience, with DTC experience being essential. A significant part of this role involves resizing and working with digital assets, supporting a major project launching in Fall 2025.
The responsibilities include:
1. Delivering multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards for all projects, big and small.
2. Supporting the department across various projects, including digital creative, packaging, in-store displays, presentations, and printed collateral when needed.
3. Working on websites, digital/social media marketing assets, art direction for photography, photoshoots, retouching images for the web, and emails, with a focus on digital over print.
4. Partnering with the Senior Creative Director and team to ensure creative cohesion.
5. Setting high design standards and guiding the team to achieve them.
6. Establishing yourself as an industry expert through relationship building and knowledge sharing.
7. Inspiring others with research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights, while maintaining a strong brand perspective.
8. Having an online portfolio and proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Figma.
9. Presenting product concepts and marketing campaigns to senior executives and iterating based on feedback.
10. Influencing cross-functional teams to develop product concepts, manifestos, and marketing campaigns.
11. Ensuring creative consistency across channels.
12. Supporting the development of Brand guidelines.
