What you will be doing; Deliver a warm, friendly, and engaging welcome to all our guests Create a relaxed, personal first impression that reflects our brand Manage smooth, efficient check-ins and check-outs with accuracy Build genuine rapport with guests and personalise their experience Confidently promote hotel facilities, services, and local recommendations Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest journey Take ownership of guest queries and resolve issues with care and efficiency Balance exceptional service with speed and organisation during busy periods Maintain accurate bookings, billing, and guest information at all times Keep the reception area welcoming, organised, and presentable Bring positive energy to the team and contribute to a supportive culture Represent the hotel with professionalism, personality, and pride Why Join Us?
