Learning Support Assistant (Year 3) Are you a caring, resilient and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real difference in a child’s school journey? We are delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Enfield that is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team from 9 February 2026. This is a full-time, temporary role (8:30am–3:30pm, term time only) working 1:1 with a Year 3 pupil. The pupil is academically capable but emotionally immature and can at times refuse tasks or walk away. Your role will be key in helping them stay focused, regulate emotions, and engage positively with learning.
