Salary: Soulbury 11-14 (17), £57,306 - £61,679 (£66,050 inclusive of SPAs)

We are seeking to appoint a skilled, committed, highly effective practicing teacher to the post of Professional Learning Partner (Leadership, Teaching and Learning: Early Years in Schools).
Working as part of the wider Leadership, Teaching and Learning team, you will support schools and settings to strengthen leadership capacity and enhance teaching and learning in Early Years. Individual applicants will need to have a proven track record of excellent classroom practice in Early Years and of implementing effective strategies which have improved teaching and learning and had a proven, positive impact on pupil progress. The role involves professional dialogue, partnership working and supporting school leaders and practitioners to translate evidence-informed practice into sustainable improvement.
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
•have recent and relevant experience as practitioners/leaders in schools or settings
•demonstrate a strong understanding of effective leadership, teaching and learning, in the Early Years
•are committed to collaborative working and system leadership
•are motivated to support improvement across schools and settings
•have a genuine desire to develop the practice of others and facilitate networks sharing effective practice.
•demonstrate initiative, innovation, and confidence when collaborating with leaders, teachers, and teaching assistants.
•possess effective time management skills and can efficiently manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
