Job Title: Process Management Professional
The role of a Process Management Professional involves ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficiency of plant operations. This requires proficiency in production planning, resource management, and strong leadership skills to guide a team of employees and drive operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily shop and field manufacturing operations.
* Communicate effectively with team members and actively listen to their concerns.
* Foster a positive work environment, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve their goals while promoting team success.
* Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize current and future production needs.
* Analyze historical data and experience to identify opportunities for success, predictable issues, and make informed decisions.
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals.
* Administer performance reviews and compensation programs according to corporate guidelines.
* Attend weekly production schedule meetings, monthly safety committee meetings, and quarterly ISO Quality System Management Meetings.
* Recruit, hire, and support training for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemicals, or Engineering.
* Proven leadership experience in project-based manufacturing operations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Teamwork-oriented approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
