What You'll Do:

2. Handle Requests Efficiently: Address guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction.
3. Manage Communications: Answer phone calls and emails, take reservations, and manage guest information.
4. Support Operations: Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, record-keeping, and report generation.
5. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

Ideal Candidate
22. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
23. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming personality
24. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
25. Familiarity with computer systems and software, including reservation and property management systems
26. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
