Key Responsibilities: * Delivering consistent, high-quality care in line with individual care plans * Supporting the emotional, behavioural, and social development of young people * Helping young people make informed choices and develop life skills * Maintaining a safe, structured, and non-judgemental environment Requirements: * A minimum of 6 months experience working with children or young people in a similar setting * A full UK driving licence * A calm, compassionate, and empathetic nature * A proactive and resilient approach with a strong can-do attitude
