This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering procurement strategy, driving efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing supplier risk across a diverse portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:
* Lead the development and execution of category strategies across indirect spend areas with a focus on FM, property & estates.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, challenge, and refine business requirements.
* Deliver procurement processes (RFPs, RFIs, etc.) in line with internal policy and regulatory standards.
* Negotiate and implement contracts, ensuring service, quality, and performance standards are met.
* Proactively manage supplier relationships and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
* Support adherence to FCA/PRA compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in indirect procurement, ideally within financial services industry.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Solid understanding of category management principles and procurement best practices.
* Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with FCA/PRA regulatory frameworks.
Remuneration, Timeframe andLocation
* £60-75,000 +
* 12 Month FTC
* Hybrid - multiple offices - Birmingham, Bolton, Bristol or Redhill
