Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Cleaner & Light Maintenance Operative to maintain a busy railway station. The role includes both cleaning and light maintenance to uphold high standards across the facilities.
Key Duties
* Carry out general daily cleaning and light maintenance across the station.
* Clean office spaces, toilets, stairwells, lifts and pathways.
* Clean and tidy platforms to ensure a safe and presentable environment.
* Weed outside areas and maintain planters.
* Ensure fixtures and fittings are in good working order.
* Report any faults or issues requiring further attention.
* Work independently and maintain high standards of station presentation.
Requirements
* Previous cleaning, facilities or maintenance experience desirable.
* Proactive, hands-on attitude with attention to detail.
* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
* Physically fit and able to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
* Strong awareness of health and safety.
