As part of the team, you’ll collaborate with Retail Leaders, General Managers, and People Business Partners to deliver impactful learning experiences. Building strong relationships across the business, you’ll support the onboarding, development, and ongoing training of our front-line colleagues. You’ll also work alongside content creators and digital learning specialists to design engaging materials that bring learning to life. Your proactive approach and collaborative spirit will help embed a culture of continuous development, ensuring our colleagues are confident, competent, and motivated to deliver great customer experiences.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
Permanent 18.5 hours per week - weekend role (Saturday/Sunday)
* Facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions for retail colleagues, virtually via Microsoft Teams, ensuring they gain the skills and behaviours needed to succeed.
* Support the upkeep and continuous improvement of the “What’s in Store?” induction content and 6-month development programs, including digital learning resources.
* Increase the capability of front-line colleagues to sell, serve, and support customers confidently and effectively.
* Monitor and review the support provided to store colleagues through regular store visits, ensuring quality and consistency.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across our retail estate to understand their learning needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Assist with the design and development of engaging learning content, both digital and face-to-face.
You will need:
* Proven experience in delivering engaging learning experiences within a retail, corporate, or similar environment.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility and a strong customer-focused approach.
