Location: North Hykeham, Lincoln
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (No on-call)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: From £27,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits
Pertemps Lincoln is expanding, and we are seeking a driven, people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our established and successful team in North Hykeham. About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering staffing solutions to a wide range of clients, while helping candidates secure rewarding employment. This is a full 360° recruitment position, encompassing both business development and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy briefing to successful placement
* Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments and compliance
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Coordinate work schedules and ensure client requirements are met
* Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes

Essential Skills & Attributes
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines

* Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable, though not essential
