• Work towards agreed Key Performance Indicators and performance objectives, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Support each resident to develop the independent living skills they need to move on to more independent accommodation.
• Promote residents’ wellbeing by supporting their mental health, ensuring their safety, and encouraging greater independence in line with individual support plans.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key partners and stakeholders, keeping them informed of resident pathways and support needs.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience of working with vulnerable young individuals and/or people with a history of homelessness.
• A qualification in a related field (e.g., housing, youth worker or social care).
• Knowledge of mental health and substance-related issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage others and deliver clear, effective messages.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 08:00–22:00, including weekends and bank holidays, on a rota basis.
