Job Title: Senior Architect

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's top 10 architectural practices with studios across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architect to take the lead on high profile projects for their Newark studio.

Duties
* Carry out detailed designs of data centres for specific end-users
* Take the lead on projects from masterplanning through to the delivery stage
* Contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline of work
* Carry out site visits to ensure they are of a high quality
* Mentor more junior team members and contribute to their professional development
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, building and maintaining strong working relationships
Skills and experience
* ARB registered
* Significant post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
* Proficient with Revit
* Experience managing data centre or industrial projects
* Experience managing small teams
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong design and drawing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Newark area
