Overview:
We specialise in electronic document management (EDM) – providing hardware, software, services, and expertise to help organisations reduce costs, improve efficiency, and operate more sustainably.
Role Purpose:
Support, deliver, and manage EDM software projects while training users and providing ongoing support. Ideal for someone with software/IT project experience looking to grow into project management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage projects and client communications
2. Install and deliver EDM solutions to time, budget, and quality
3. Train users and provide post-implementation support
4. Troubleshoot software/database issues and perform root-cause analysis
5. Maintain SLAs for support incidents
6. Support pre-sales with solution design and quoting
7. Identify improvements to delivery/support processes
Essential Skills & Experience:
8. 2+ years installing/delivering software solutions
9. 2+ years in software support roles
10. Experience with T-SQL and database systems
11. Experience managing projects with external stakeholders
12. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
13. Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204)
14. Exposure to EDM systems
15. PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
16. Experience in software/IT project delivery
17. Commercial awareness
