Education and Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. •A-Level / NVQ4 education or relevant supervisory experience
Desirable criteria
2. Diploma/NVQ level 3 in Administration
Knowledge and experience
Essential criteria
3. •Experience in an NHS administrative/clerical role •Experienced user of EPRs (eg: Cerner / Intouch / DrDr
4. •Knowledge of patient pathways and able to book follow up appointments for patients •Proficient user of Excel, Word and Outlook •Accurate and fast data entry and keyboard skills •Experience in maintaining and updating databases
5. •A strong understanding of data protection and confidentiality and the issues around ensuring compliance in practice •Experience of delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes •Experience in organizing and prioritizing own workload
Desirable criteria
6. •Knowledge and understanding of basic medical terminology •Experience of managing staff and enacting Trust HR policy
