Location: Wellingborough Contract: Full-time, Long-term Pay: Fantastic weekly rates between £400.00-£500.00 About the Role Monarch Education are actively recruiting, in collaboration with an academy trust in Wellingborough, for enthusiastic Behaviour Mentors with experience or a passion for Special Educational Needs. These opportunities are within specialist SEND schools across multiple Wellingborough postcodes. These roles are full-time and long-term within friendly, family-oriented school environments offering strong support and guidance. Hours are between 08:30-15:30 (depending on the school), Monday to Friday, term time only. Positions are due to start after February half term. You will support students aged 2-16 with varying SEND needs including autism, global developmental delay, PMLD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH. You will work alongside class teachers to support learning, social development, and positive behaviour.
