Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to provide first-line support across the business, ensuring seamless IT operations. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and supporting various hardware and software systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support and, preferably, formal IT qualifications. This position requires travel between three local sites to provide on-site assistance.
Key Requirements
Essential Criteria:
1. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in an IT support or technician role.
2. Technical Skills:
3. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
4. Application support, including Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and other business applications.
5. Basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi connectivity, IP issues, etc.).
6. User account management in Active Directory and Entra ID.
7. IT hardware/software upgrades and repairs.
8. Meeting room AV and peripheral support.
9. Use of helpdesk tools to track and manage support requests.
