We are currently seeking a detail-focused and motivated individual to join the team at The Falmouth Hotel as Housekeeping Supervisor. This role is key to ensuring our bedrooms and public areas consistently reflect the quality and care our guests expect.
Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day supervision of the housekeeping team, ensuring bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard.
* Lead by example, maintaining excellent attention to detail and efficiency.
* Ensure all housekeeping procedures, standards and health & safety guidelines are followed.
* Train, mentor and support team members to promote consistency and quality.
* Report maintenance issues promptly and liaise with other departments as required.
* Monitor linen levels and housekeeping supplies.
* Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.
* Support the Head Housekeeper in maintaining departmental standards and team morale.
Requirements
* Previous experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.
* Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to motivate and support a team in a busy environment.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
* Flexible and reliable, with availability to work weekends and holidays.
