Site Supervisor
Location: Reading
Pay: £15.53 per hour (Annual: £33,900)
Hours: 42, 4 on 4 off

Job Description
* Personnel Supervision
* Ensure all staff have completed site training and hold valid SIA or LDN licences.
* Manage accurate rostering and maintain staffing levels for all shifts.
* Hold monthly performance check‑ins and provide coaching where required.
* Support and conduct investigations in line with company procedures.
* Monitor professional standards, behaviour and appearance, taking action when needed.
* Promote recognition, commendations and ongoing performance feedback.
* Maintain accurate assignment instructions and site documentation.
* Report incidents promptly and escalates according to company and client policies.
* Support management with improving service delivery tools and processes.
* Maintain strong communication with customers, ensuring expectations are met.
* Build positive client relationships through consistent updates and issue resolution.
* Deliver staff training including onboarding, refreshers and scenario‑based sessions.
* Encourage continuous learning, identify skill gaps and support staff development.
* Report site faults promptly and support timely resolution.
* Operate and monitor security equipment including access control, CCTV, intruder and fire systems.
* Ensure all operational duties meet site requirements and legislative standards.
Qualifications
* Prior experience within a control room environment, ideally at a supervisory level.
* Good telephone manner with clear, professional communication skills.
* Computer literate with strong working knowledge of relevant systems.
* Must hold a valid SIA Licence and CCTV Licence.
* Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.
* Right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history.
* Strong communication skills in English – both written and spoken.
