We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced receptionist to join our customer care team. We are an independent small animal practice close to Bristol and Bath on the edge of the Mendip hills.
The reception workload consists of being first point of contact for owners, administrative roles, telephone answering, taking payments and dealing with customer queries. There is also some dispensing of medications involved along with stock control. The successful applicant needs to have a good level of IT literacy as we use a range of communication tools such as Digital Practice, emails and a practice management system.
We are a well-equipped practice and have a lovely supportive team. We currently have a part time position. The part time hours can be discussed, but would need to include the 1:3 Saturdays.
We are looking for someone who is good with time management, organisational skills, telephone manner and customer care experience. Veterinary experience is preferred but not essential.
