Overview
As a Systems Support Co-ordinator, you will provide essential support across multiple systems used within our Healthcare and IFF units. Ensuring data accuracy and smooth functionality for all stakeholders, you will maintain up-to-date system data, including pricing rules and condition settings, and manage the setup of new users across platforms. You will also deliver clear, high-quality training to external users and provide ongoing system support.
Responsibilities
* Update systems as required
* Identify root causes of process issues and implement solutions to prevent future failures
* Maintain the service request log with accurate, timely updates
* Ensure all support queries are followed through to closure
* Liaise with stakeholders to co-ordinate system access and improvements

Requirements
To be considered as a Systems Support Co-ordinator, you will need:
* Experience and knowledge of TMS
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* The ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers
* Excellent Excel skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications

Contract and Benefits
We are looking for a Systems Support Co-ordinator to join us on a permanent, part-time basis. The working schedule is predominantly Monday - Friday with flexible working hours from 8:00-15:00, 9:00-16:00, or 10:00-17:00 (including breaks). Salary of £20,000 - £22,500 per annum (depending on experience).
