Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Help Desk Operator based in Leeds. The Help Desk Operator will be responsible for providing first-line support to users, resolving technical and IT-related issues, and ensuring exemplary customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing help desk inquiries, troubleshooting technical problems, documenting solutions, and maintaining communication with both the technical team and end users to ensure timely resolution of support requests.
Qualifications
Experience in Technical Support, Information Technology, and Help Desk Support
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Proficiency in using help desk software and related tools
Capability to work effectively in a team and within a fast-paced environment
Relevant certifications in IT or technical support are advantageous
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
