VANRATH is proud to be partnering with a leading international organisation in the Agri sector to appoint a Health, Safety and Environmental Lead to their high-performing team. This is a pivotal role within a globally respected company that values innovation, sustainability, and employee well-being.
Location: Norwich
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

As the Health, Safety and Environmental Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining health, safety, and sustainability standards across multiple sites. You will champion a culture of accountability, implement proactive risk mitigation strategies, and drive environmental responsibility in line with corporate objectives.
Key Areas of Focus
* Workplace Safety: Champion a culture of safety excellence throughout the organisation's operations. Lead initiatives promoting proactive safety practices. Deliver safety education and training. Monitor compliance, investigate incidents, and ensure corrective actions.
* Environmental Stewardship: Lead environmental responsibility programmes, ensure legal compliance, promote eco-conscious practices, manage emissions tracking, and embed environmental awareness into operations.
What You'll Need
* Proven experience in a Health, Safety, or Environmental leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence.
* Passion for continuous improvement and safety culture development.
