Senior Workday Financials Consultant | Up to £1,000 per day | Inside IR35 | Fully Remote | Immediate Start | Full-Time | Initial 3 months (extension likely)
I’m working on a high-impact Workday Financials programme and need a top-tier consultant to come in and drive design, challenge thinking, and lead from the front.
This is not a passive delivery role, you’ll be front-facing, shaping decisions, and influencing senior stakeholders daily.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading Workday Financials design workshops
* Acting as the bridge between business & technical teams
* Driving solution design & configuration decisions
* Challenging stakeholders and adding real consulting value
* Bringing best practice from multiple implementations
What I need
* Strong Workday Financials experience (functional + technical)
* 3+ full lifecycle implementations
* Proven ability to operate at senior / advisory level
* Confident running workshops and owning the room
* Someone who can challenge, not just deliver
Nice to have
* Prism Analytics / Accounting Center
* FS / Insurance experience
* Consulting background (Big 4 or similar)
* Workday certifications (current or lapsed)
