Registered Manager – Mental Health Residential Service
Location: Bury | Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to take the lead at a well-established, 3-bedded residential care home for adults aged 18+ with mental health needs, based in Bury.
This is a fantastic role for a manager who thrives on making a genuine difference in people’s lives and is looking to work for a supportive, ethical, and values-driven organisation. You’ll be joining a dedicated team committed to providing person-centred, recovery-focused care in a warm, supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
A minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience within a residential care setting supporting adults with mental health needs
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, care planning, and risk management
A proactive leader with excellent communication, staff development and organisational skills
Passion for maintaining a high standard of care and promoting independence, dignity and wellbeingRole Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring outstanding care delivery
Lead and support a small, close-knit team of care professionals
Ensure regulatory and company standards are consistently met and exceeded
Build strong, positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
Promote a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for both residents and staff
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the serviceSalary & Benefits:
Competitive salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
