Your new role will also include:
1. Lead and manage the retrofit offering, including the development of retrofit processes, procedures, templates, and documents.
2. Manage resourcing for retrofit projects, including recruitment and line management.
3. Lead on business development for retrofit services, including marketing, networking, fee proposals, tender submissions etc.
4. Coordinate with property consultancy team to undertake energy surveys (RdSAP data collection) and lodgement of EPCs to maximise retrofit opportunities.
5. Conduct site assessments and develop retrofit strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
6. Prepare project proposals and cost estimates.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Accredited domestic and non-domestic energy assessor.
8. Registered Retrofit Coordinator (PAS2035).
9. Professional qualifications, such as RICS, RIBA or CIBSE.
10. Either experience within a consultancy or public sector housing management background at a senior level.
11. Experience in using energy efficiency modelling software.
