Identify opportunities for Pelham to differentiate and grow market presence.
Marketing Strategy & Growth
Build and implement a marketing strategy and roadmap for both UK and US that aligns with overall business goals.
Develop measurable marketing plans that support business growth, tracking awareness, lead generation, and conversion outcomes to show clear impact.
Support brand positioning for Pelham and its venture partners, helping elevate our collective presence in the market.
Content & Campaigns
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, email, social media, and industry publications.
Create content that highlights Pelhams expertise, capabilities, and case studies.
Collaborate with the creative team on content production, including filming product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes storytelling or thought-leadership pieces, taking ultimate responsibility for final output.
Campaign Management & Outreach
Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives, including advertising, PR outreach, and participation in trade shows.
Work closely with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
Collaborate with the Lab team to amplify the reach of research papers and publications, turning them into standout marketing moments that build credibility and thought leadership.
Develop this initiative into a recognised LinkedIn-style hub for data, insights, and trend reports, positioning Pelham as a trusted industry voice.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and report on KPIs for campaign performance, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Strong strategic thinking with a commercial mindset suited to B2B marketing.
Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
Experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and content creation.
Comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept to execution.
A marketing generalist who enjoys shaping strategy and delivering hands-on work.
Passionate about building brand presence and driving business growth.
Proactive, creative, and able to turn ideas into action.
Bonus:
