Our Tech Stack
We advocate using the right tech for the task. Expect to work with technologies to ensure scalable, high-performance applications. AWS is a significant growth area for us, with capabilities in ETL, data warehouse, data lake design/building and data movement. AWS data and analytics services (or open-source equivalents) include EMR, Glue, RedShift, Kinesis, Lambda, DynamoDB.
What You Can Expect
* Work to agile best practices and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Engage in live problem-solving sessions and asynchronous communication via Teams.
* Hybrid working with client site or office at least two days per week, with variation by role or assignment (up to 5 days on client site).
* Work with colleagues across PA to deliver transformative digital solutions.
* Design and build for the AWS cloud.
Qualifications
Essential requirements

* Problem solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
* Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience designing and deploying production data pipelines from ingestion to consumption within a big data architecture using Java, Python, Scala, Spark, SQL.
* Experience writing scripts, extracting data via APIs, writing SQL queries, etc.
* Experience processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data, including integrating data from multiple sources on AWS using native services or custom programming.

Assessment process
Interview stages may vary based on role requirements. Typical process:
* Quick call with a Tech Recruiter to discuss your application and the role.
* Round 1: Competency or technical interview (60 mins).
* Round 2: Competency or technical interview (60 mins).
* Final round: Meeting with a PA leader, a mini case study and discussion on client-centricity (60 mins).
