Role Overview
Working closely with the Managing Director and Assistant Manager, the Treasury Associate will play a key role in the daily operations of the Group Treasury function while contributing to the ongoing development of the team’s funding capabilities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build financial expertise within a dynamic and growing organisation. Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Managing Director and Assistant Manager in the day‑to‑day running of Group Treasury activities.
* Review and assess daily funding needs for the company’s SPE programmes, preparing Note Issuances for banks and the Trustee.
* Record all treasury transactions—including money market and FX deals—within the IT2 Treasury system in accordance with group standards.
* Assist in managing daily liquidity, funding requirements, and foreign exchange exposures for the central treasury entity, ensuring high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
* Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the group’s treasury operations.
* Help optimise front‑office processes to support business expansion.
* Maintain and strengthen banking relationships through regular interaction.
* Provide support on ad‑hoc projects as requested by senior treasury leadership.
* Deliver risk analysis and insights to the Managing Director and Assistant Manager.
