What you'll be doing: This role gives you the perfect balance of hands-on technical work and the chance to grow into management responsibilities. At first, you'll focus on day-to-day IT support, improving stability and building trust across the business. As you settle in, you'll gradually take ownership of: IT operations Service management Infrastructure improvements Long-term IT planning You'll play a key part in building a modern internal IT department-from helping introduce a structured service desk to improving infrastructure and shaping the future IT roadmap.
