A four star resort delivering five star service levels, the Vale Resort comprising of a 143 bedroom hotel with five food outlets, two championship golf courses, and Wales’ largest spa, health, and racquets club. The recent expansion of the resort now includes newly developed Hensol Castle comprising of 23 bedrooms and extensive wedding and conference business.
Due to exceptional demand, we are looking to increase our team at the resort and are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Team Leader.
Working as part of the Food & Beverage team you will be responsible for supervising the team, working in any food & beverage outlet on the Resort as needed to deliver excellent service to both guests and members whilst ensuring departmental targets are achieved.
Main duties include:
* Communicate and delegate daily tasks to the team.
* Manage any guest/member complaints in a prompt, friendly, and efficient manner.
* Ensure cash handling procedures are followed within the outlets
The ideal candidate will have previous food & beverage experience in a similar working environment. You will be required to be motivated, have excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills whilst also having great attention to detail and excellent selling skills.
The role requires flexibility to work between the hours of 6 am-11 pm, 5 days over 7 days. In return we offer a Salary of £24,654.11 per annum along with:
