The Role:
You will support the coordination of design information across a large, multi-phase residential-led scheme. You will play a key role in ensuring drawings and technical information are coordinated, compliant, and issued according to project requirements to support successful delivery
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate design information across multiple phases of the development
* Assist in managing external consultants to ensure timely and accurate information production
* Review drawings and technical submissions for compliance with planning, Building Regulations, and employer’s requirements
* Support the delivery of a mixed-use scheme including residential, commercial, and public realm elements
* Liaise with internal departments including construction, commercial, and sales teams
* Assist with value engineering and ongoing design development
* Track design progress against programme milestones and report on any delays or issues
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator
* Understanding of Building Regulations and technical design processes
* Experience reviewing and coordinating technical drawings and consultant information
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and buildability
