The Rifleman's Arms is located next to St Nicholas Church in a lovely residential area of Droitwich. It is a 3‑room pub featuring a bar, lounge and pool room with a terrace at the rear of the pub. The pub is close to a railway station with surrounding housing and attracts local residents. The bar accommodates 70 people and the lounge 40 people.
The site has a number of pub teams that regularly frequent the premises, so we are looking for an operator that is sports‑focused with local knowledge. This is a local pub with a regular following and is ideally located close to the station for commuters.
The pub is turning over £5,000 – £6,500 per week on a 100% wet lead basis. Accommodation consists of 5 bedrooms split into two flats – one 3‑bedroom flat with kitchen, bathroom and lounge, and the second 2‑bedroom flat with open‑plan living/kitchen and bathroom.
