Venn Grouphas been approached by an established Housing Association withinNorth Walesto recruit for aPlumberon atemporary ongoingbasis.
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working in a similar role, ideally within social housing settings.
Key Duties Include:
* Carrying out 1st & 2nd fix plumbing on wet room adaptations
* Full installations of bathrooms
* Working on tenanted properties
* Fitting sinks and showers
* Welding and working withmetal piping(not push-fit systems)
* Repair work to ceilings, floor joists, stairs, partition walls, and T&G flooring
* Basic tiling and painting tasks
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong welding experiencewithmetal piping(copper or steel)
* Must have Own Van and tools
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
* CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving Licence
