Role Description
As an Operations Coordinator at Arca BioLogistics Ltd., you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of our logistics operations. This full-time, on-site role based in Milton Keynes includes managing operational processes, providing administrative support, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery, and maintaining communication with clients and partners. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking, and ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.
🔍 What you’ll be doing
· Owning domestic shipments end-to-end
· Supporting international air and road shipments
· Monitoring shipments in transit and escalating issues where needed
· Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely service delivery
· Preparing shipment documentation and maintaining accurate records
· Using systems including CargoWise and customer portals
· Responding to shipment enquiries and supporting customer updates
· Coordinating the return of reusable assets post‑delivery

· Calm, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
· Clear communicator with a customer‑focused approach
· Motivated to learn and grow within a regulated environment
· Ability to speak a foreign language (Polish, German, French) is desirable, but not essential
Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or life sciences is beneficial but not required — full training provided.
